Hey, y’all! My name is Chelsea, and I am not your average southern belle. As a blogger, yoga teacher, health and wellness coach, and high school librarian in central Mississippi, I have dedicated my life to helping others find happiness and balance in their life’s journey.
Since the incredibly young age of 5, I have struggled with negative self image and disordered eating. I began true recovery in 2015 through a relationship with Jesus, yoga, and a plant-based diet. Ever since then, I have felt a calling in my life to boldly share my story and struggles in order to reach out to others who are struggling as well. My journey has been long and hard, but I would not trade it for the world.
I live in a small town right outside of Jackson with my husband, Nick, and our two fur babies, Layla and Vader. I love to read (obviously, I’m a librarian), sing, travel, and watch just about any live sport there is. I could eat chips and salsa and drink margaritas for every meal, and I HATE sad movies. I teach yoga, locally, in the afternoons and summers and enjoy helping people reach their health goals through accountability challenge groups.
