Here’s what day 1 of eating clean consisted of–plus my 8 glasses of water. I know I should be eating more than 906 calories in a day, but I was eyeballing serving sizes so chances are it’s more than that. I feel like I ate so much though, so the low number of calories really surprised me. I also did Yoga X today and worked from 9am-8:15pm, so I AM BEAT.
I really recommend using My Fitness Pal. I’ve been using it for years, and it’s wonderful.
